Build the future of Indian sport.
Apply for the FellowshipWhy this matters
The CadreSports Fellowship places ambitious young professionals inside sports federations and associations — where they work on the problems that actually shape the sporting ecosystem.
From building digital presence and securing sponsorships to supporting partnerships, technology and high-stakes meetings — our fellows learn by working alongside the people running Indian sport.
This isn't a classroom. It's the field.
Learn by doing
Fellows are embedded directly within sports organisations. Depending on the organisation and its needs, they work across:
Building stronger digital identities and engaging sporting communities
Developing sponsorship opportunities, proposals and partner relationships
Identifying and building relationships with brands, institutions and stakeholders
Helping organisations adopt better systems, data and digital infrastructure
Supporting the day-to-day execution of competitions, programmes and initiatives
Working on projects that influence how organisations grow and operate
Participating in important meetings and working alongside senior administrators
The objective isn't to simply give fellows exposure.
It's to give them responsibility.
From fellowship to leadership
A fellow might start by managing a federation's social media strategy. Six months later, they could be helping prepare a sponsorship pitch, supporting a strategic partnership, sitting in on an important stakeholder meeting or helping implement a new technology system.
Every assignment builds a different part of the toolkit required to lead a sports organisation.
Over time, these experiences create something more valuable than a resume:
the judgement to lead.
The bigger picture
The future of Indian sport depends not only on the athletes competing on the field, but also on the people building the systems around them.
Young professionals get the opportunity to work inside the sporting ecosystem. Federations and associations gain access to capable, ambitious talent that can help them evolve.
And Indian sport gets a new generation of administrators who understand both the game and the business behind it.
